Arabella Santiago, Executive Producer and Host
Arabella is an early adopter of digital media technology and multi-platform content distribution. Currently, she is the Senior Producer at Techweek, Inc., an integrated media startup dedicated to creating and curating content and events. For the past three years, Arabella has led her own startup, MediaGuns, Inc., a Web production company. After moving to San Francisco in 2009, Arabella established Justgood.tv, the social enterprise division of MediaGuns, for which she lends live webcasting services to nonprofits and social entrepreneurs. She began her career as an obituary writer and journalist at The Home News Tribune and then as a Web Editor for The Orange County Register. Arabella graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in political science and English. In her spare time, Arabella loves to cook and learn about wine.

Suzanne Debrunner, Director of Operations and Producer
Suzanne is focused on content development, strategy and logistics for Startuplive.tv.  Her experience working with filmmakers and technology startups includes being part of the founding team of QuinStreet, Inc., the leader in vertical marketing and media online and one of the largest online marketing and media companies in the world.  She recently established LionHound Digital, a new media company, to help entrepreneurs promote their business with digital video.  Suzanne is a graduate of UC Berkeley with degrees in Political Economy of Natural Resources and Conservation and Resource Studies.  She has adventured around the globe – spending time in England, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, France, Greece and Spain.  When not immersed in digital media, Suzanne can be found rock climbing and racing sailboats in the San Francisco Bay.

Will Kirkpatrick, Master of Streaming and Host
Will Kirkpatrick is currently the Head of Production at the start-up, beNOW.tv, where he controls and oversees all the live broadcasts on their network of cameras. An early innovator and early enthusiast in the livestreaming category, Will has been passionate about the content and the technology in the livestreaming space for years. As President of Production for livestreaming company Justin.tv, Will explored and developed cutting edge systems and solutions for live broadcasts throughout the United States.

Ryan Gabriel, Shooter and Editor
Ryan Gabriel attended the Academy of Art in San Francisco, studying Motion Pictures & Television. He loves music, images and books.
